Following this, we would make the necessary introductions, forwarding to you the candidates’ own CVs, together with a brief summary as to why each candidate has made the shortlist, and subsequently manage the interview process through to the successful candidate’s start-date.

With the Retained Service, we would provide you with everything in the “Exclusive Service” together with a detailed “Recruitment Briefing Document” which would contain an agreed job specification, candidate profile and a profile on your company and opportunity which we would pass on to suitable candidates. In addition, we would agree with you a list of companies from which to headhunt, and providing you with weekly detailed search reports, updating you on our progress with each of the target organisations. We would also face-to-face interview each candidate on the short-list, and provide you with comprehensive consultancy comments on each candidate. This is an unparalleled service that we offer to clients who wish to benefit from the very best in terms of a shortlist of candidates, the reporting process, and a truly first-class consulting experience. The Retained Service carries a three stage payment process; the initial third of the fee is due when the “Recruitment Briefing Document” and list of target companies are agreed. The second third of the fee is due when you begin scheduling interviews from our shortlist of candidates. The final third is due when your offer to the successful candidate is accepted in writing.
